Terms for using our website and workspace, and how True Blue Drain handles your information.

Terms of service

About these terms

These terms cover the True Blue Drain website, online service requests, and True Blue Workspace. True Blue Drain is based in Omaha, Nebraska. The scope, price, and other terms of plumbing or construction work are agreed separately for each job. These website terms do not replace an agreed service contract or limit rights you have under applicable law.

Service requests and scheduling

Submitting the online form sends a service request; it does not confirm an appointment, arrival time, or acceptance of a job. A team member will contact you to discuss the work and confirm scheduling. Same-day service and emergency response depend on availability, location, and the work involved.

For an urgent plumbing issue, call (531) 999-0326. For scheduling, changes, or cancellations, contact the office at (402) 830-6767. Please provide accurate contact and property information.

Estimates, payments, and discounts

The applicable quote, invoice, or service agreement sets out the job’s scope, charges, payment terms, and any agreed deposit, cancellation terms, or warranty. Ask us to clarify those details before approving work. Website descriptions and photos provide general information about our services.

Discount eligibility and offer details are shown on the coupons page. Mention an offer when requesting service so we can confirm how it applies to your job and estimate.

Workspace accounts and acceptable use

Use your own Google account and only the workspace features you are authorized to access. Keep your Google account secure, sign out on shared devices, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Jackson manages account approvals and permissions and may restrict access to protect the workspace or address misuse.

Do not impersonate another person, attempt to bypass access controls, upload malicious files, interfere with the website, or use the workspace to share unlawful material or information you are not entitled to disclose.

Project photos and other content

Upload only photos, text, and other material you own or have permission to share. You retain your rights in that material and authorize True Blue Drain to store and display it as needed to provide the workspace. Everyone with project access can see all project records and photos; they are not private to one customer.

Respect other people’s privacy and rights when viewing or sharing content. Permission to view a project does not by itself authorize public use of someone else’s photos or personal information. Contact us about content that should be corrected or removed.

Connected services and reporting

Google sign-in, Jobber forms and invoices, and Windsor advertising reports rely on external providers. Their services may be interrupted, delayed, or subject to their own terms. Dashboard figures show the latest available report and may not reflect a recent change. Confirm invoice balances and payment status in Jobber and advertising activity in Google Ads when making decisions.

The Jobber Payouts tab displays unpaid customer invoices and monthly invoiced totals. It does not initiate payments, confirm a bank deposit, or replace your accounting records. Website phone-button clicks do not confirm that a call connected.

Privacy, updates, and questions

The privacy policy below explains how information is handled. We may update these website terms as the site changes and will show the update date at the top of this page. Updates do not retroactively change an agreed job contract.

For questions about these terms, your service, or workspace access, email jackson@truebluedrain.com or call (402) 830-6767.

Privacy policy

Who we are

True Blue Drain is a locally owned plumbing and drain service company based in Omaha, Nebraska. This policy covers truebluedrain.com, its service-request form, and the True Blue Workspace reached through the website’s Login button.

For privacy questions or requests, contact Jackson at jackson@truebluedrain.com or call our office at (402) 830-6767.

Service requests and messages

When you request service or contact us, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, property address, service needs, and any photos or other details you choose to share. We use this information to respond, discuss the work, arrange service, and maintain related customer records.

The online service-request form is provided by Jobber. Information entered into that form is processed through Jobber and made available to True Blue Drain to handle your request. Jobber also processes information under its Privacy Policy. You can call our office if you prefer to request service without using the embedded form.

Email, text messages, and Facebook messages are also handled by the providers you use to send them. Please share only information relevant to your request.

Google sign-in and account information

You can browse our public website and request service without signing in. Workspace sign-in uses Google and is controlled by the administrator’s access settings. By default, only whitelisted Google emails can sign in; the administrator may also allow normal Google users read-only project access. We receive your verified email address, Google account identifier, and display name, and store your account creation and most recent login times. We use these details to identify your account, maintain your session, and enforce access permissions.

Google handles your password. The website does not receive it or request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, calendar, or Google Drive files. Google sign-in information is not used for personalized advertising or sold to advertisers. Google’s own processing is described in its Privacy Policy.

Project information and photos

The workspace stores project names, descriptions, timelines, dates, status updates, photos, captions, filenames, and upload times entered by the administrator or users with the corresponding permission.

Everyone granted project access can read all projects and their photos. Projects are not restricted to an individual customer. Only jackson@truebluedrain.com can manage Accounts and access settings. Jackson may grant whitelisted users permission to view reports, create or edit projects, upload photos, or delete projects and photos. Normal viewers, when allowed to sign in, have read-only project access.

We store the email rows in the administrator’s whitelist, including unchecked emails, and which rows have access enabled. For approved addresses, we store approval times and the approving administrator’s account identifier to manage access. Removing a whitelist email revokes its whitelisted permissions and active sessions. If normal viewer sign-in is enabled, that person may sign in again with read-only project access. We also store login policy and permission settings. Project content should include only information intended for everyone with project access. Public website photos and review excerpts are visible to anyone. Contact us if a photo, caption, or review on the website raises a privacy concern.

Phone-button activity and advertising reports

When you click a website phone button, we record the business number selected, the page path, the time, and a random event identifier. This helps us understand how visitors contact us. The event does not record your own phone number, identify the caller, or establish that a call connected. This website feature does not record call audio or transcripts.

The administrator and whitelisted users granted View Google Ads permission can view these events and the advertising dashboard. Only the administrator can change the reporting connection. When connected, the optional Windsor.ai integration retrieves True Blue Drain’s Google Ads campaign statistics, such as impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and reported call totals. Signing into the workspace as a customer does not grant us access to your Google Ads account.

The website’s phone-button events are separate from Google’s advertising measurements. Google and other services may process activity on their own platforms under their privacy policies.

Jobber invoice reporting

When the administrator connects the business’s Jobber account, the private workspace retrieves invoice identifiers and numbers, customer names, work descriptions, due dates, invoice status, issue dates, full invoice totals, remaining balances, and links to the invoices. It stores an encrypted snapshot of unpaid invoices and monthly invoiced totals, split into service and construction categories. Only the administrator and whitelisted users granted View Jobber Payouts permission can access this report.

The integration reads invoice information without charging customers, sending invoices, or changing payment records. Connection credentials and authorization tokens are encrypted on the server. Successful syncs replace the cached invoice snapshot; a failed sync preserves the previous snapshot and displays its last refresh time. Removing the Jobber connection deletes its credentials and cached invoice snapshot from the workspace, without deleting invoices held in Jobber.

Cookies and technical information

The workspace uses necessary cookies to complete sign-in and keep you logged in. The sign-in challenge cookie lasts up to 10 minutes; the session cookie lasts up to 12 hours unless you sign out earlier. Blocking these cookies may prevent workspace login.

Our application uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit automated requests. It does not store raw IP addresses in the workspace database. Hosting and service providers may separately process IP addresses, browser information, request details, and security logs to deliver and protect their services.

Embedded services, including Jobber and Google sign-in, may use their own cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser and applicable provider settings. The website’s own phone-button tracking does not use an advertising cookie.

How information is shared and protected

We use service providers to operate the website, store information, handle service requests, authenticate users, and provide connected reports. These include Jobber, Google, our website hosting service through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, and Windsor.ai when reporting is connected. They process the information needed for those functions. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where providers operate.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, abuse, security incidents, or protect people and property. Workspace project sharing is described above; Google account details are not displayed to other project viewers by the workspace.

The website uses HTTPS, protected login sessions, and server-side access controls. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Links to Google reviews, Facebook, and other external websites lead to services governed by their own policies.

How long information is kept

We keep account, service, and project information as needed to provide services, maintain customer and project records, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request removal of information you have provided.

Phone-button events older than 90 days and expired sign-in and security records are removed during routine application cleanup. When the administrator deletes a project or photo, it is immediately hidden from the workspace and queued for storage removal. Provider logs, backups, and records needed for legal or business obligations may follow different retention schedules.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained where applicable law permits or requires it. We will handle requests according to applicable law and explain any limitations.

You can sign out of the workspace, manage cookies in your browser, and remove the website’s Google connection in your Google account settings. Removing that connection does not automatically delete information already stored by True Blue Drain; contact us to request deletion. You can also ask us to stop optional promotional messages.

Children and policy updates

Our website and workspace are intended for people arranging or reviewing plumbing services, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

We may update this policy when the website or our information practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. If we introduce a materially different use of Google account information, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required before that use begins.
