Sump pump installation
A sump pump moves water collected in a pit through a discharge line. The location, existing setup, discharge arrangement, and access all affect installation. Share what is already present when you call, including whether a pump is being replaced or the setup would be new.
French drains and excavation
French drains use a drainage path to collect and move water. The layout needs to account for where water accumulates and the route away from that area. Excavation and the surfaces above the route can be part of the work.
Ask what the proposed work includes, what parts of the yard or property will be disturbed, and the restoration scope. The route, depth, and access can affect the estimate.
